From hearing change to deadline.

Calendaring software computes deadlines from what someone enters. AlwaysPresent watches the court, so it sees the change first, and will work out what follows from it under the CCP, the Rules of Court and each court's local rules. This is what we are building next.

Three things, in development.

Deadlines that move with the hearing, a calculator that counts in court days, and a watch on each court's local rules. The illustrations below use today's court calendar.

The court moves the hearing. The deadline moves with it.

Filing dates are computed from each case’s hearings and filing date, each one showing the rule it comes from and the arithmetic behind it.

Count in court days.

Forward or back from any date, skipping weekends, court holidays and court closures, with every skipped day listed.
